Add commentary to labels for older versions of Excel

When Excel creates Charts it often just takes what it sees in a cell and ‘types’ it into the chart, i.e. if the cell contents changes, the chart won’t change as there is no link like formula. However, we can tell a chart element to look at the contents of a cell.

In the chart below we want the chart title of Bill to rather look in cell A2 for the title. For the data label on the negative month, we want to see the Notes as the label and not the amount.
