Add up ITEMs within a Pivot Table Field

Previously we showed how to create a Calculated Field.

The following feature allows you to create a Calculated Item. The difference is that where a Calculated Field works on 2 different fields e.g. the Bill and Other Costs, Calculated items works on the items WITHIN a single field e.g. add up calls to MTN and VODACOM which are within the SAME field. 

WARNING: Although we show it here, we recommend you be very careful when dealing with this. If this is what you require, rather investigate using PowerPivot
