Make the data provided look like this

by following these steps

  • Create a column chart for this daily data (Column A and B)
  • The Chart Title must be  ‘Daily Spend’ and be Bold and Underlined
  • The Horizontal Axis must be the date
  • The Vertical Axis must be the bill.
  • The axis must be formatted as currency
  • There must be no horizontal gridlines
  • It must have vertical gridlines that are dashed.
    • The vertical gridlines must occur every 14 days
  • No legend is required
  • The plot area to be white with no border (if required)
  • The Chart area must have a rounded border with a shadow.
  • All writing on the graph must be Arial size 11.
  • The chart must be shrunk to fit inside the yellow cells
  • Change the Horizontal Axis (Date) so that the writing is aligned downwards.
    • Also make the dates read e.g. 1 January 2006 (format dd-mmm-yy)
  • Set the graph so that it DOESN’T move or resize with changes in the underlying column width or height.
  • Make cell G1 wide enough to fit the sentence in it
  • Change the colour of the highest bill date, to be red and have the value label appear only for that item
