Chart Ex 1
Make the data provided look like this
by following these steps
- Create a column chart for this daily data (Column A and B)
- The Chart Title must be ‘Daily Spend’ and be Bold and Underlined
- The Horizontal Axis must be the date
- The Vertical Axis must be the bill.
- The axis must be formatted as currency
- There must be no horizontal gridlines
- It must have vertical gridlines that are dashed.
- The vertical gridlines must occur every 14 days
- No legend is required
- The plot area to be white with no border (if required)
- The Chart area must have a rounded border with a shadow.
- All writing on the graph must be Arial size 11.
- The chart must be shrunk to fit inside the yellow cells
- Change the Horizontal Axis (Date) so that the writing is aligned downwards.
- Also make the dates read e.g. 1 January 2006 (format dd-mmm-yy)
- Set the graph so that it DOESN’T move or resize with changes in the underlying column width or height.
- Make cell G1 wide enough to fit the sentence in it
- Change the colour of the highest bill date, to be red and have the value label appear only for that item
