Custom sort orders e.g. specific department order

Sometimes the default A to Z or Z to A is not what you want.

So as below both A to Z and Z to A don’t put the products in a logical order. We want it to be sorted in level of luxury, i.e. Basic, then Standard, then Deluxe.
