This lesson highlights the useful wizards available to run with Conditional Format e.g. In the Top and Bottom section you can ask Excel to highlight cells that are above/ below average or top/ bottom 10.

As shown below, in the Top/ Bottom Rules there are a number of other options which are useful. Below we want to highlight the cells in B16 to F16 that are Above Average.

So below, if the numbers  change, Excel will recalculate the average and adjust the colours to only highlight the cells above average.
