If you want to see all your sheets in Portrait style, all you need to do is RIGHT click on the sheet scrolling icons at the bottom left of the screen. This will bring up the list of sheets in the spreadsheet but in an easier to read portrait style. You can then choose a sheet and click OK to go there.
Note that the icon that used to be there to go to the first or last sheet has disappeared. If you want to do this you need to hold your CTRL button down and then click on the arrows.
